Since 1989 Mitercraft has served the Fox Valley-Dupage area designing and building quality backyard projects. We are a local family-owned remodeling business specializing in Decks, Screen Porches, 3-Season Rooms, 4-Season Rooms , Pergolas , Gazebos and many other outdoor projects.
We got our start as a franchisee for a national deck organization. In that time we have built over 1700 projects utilizing the construction management techniques taught to us by the extremely well qualified trainers that our franchisor had on staff. We learned early on that continuing education in this rapidly changing field is a must and we adhere to that principle to this day.
We a no longer associated with that franchisor and that has allowed us to offer the same high-quality projects and at a more attractive cost. Our way of doing business has always been of an educational nature, meaning your interests come first. We will ask you what you what you want and then give you options on how to make it happen. Our strong points are design, material knowledge, construction technique and customer service. We will cover those points with you comprehensively before one nail get hammered.
